Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was everything we wanted. The rooms were gorgeous, very clean, with nice comfortable beds and lovely feature beams. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the free parking added extra convenience to our stay.
I had a comfortable stay at this hotel for one night. The room was nice enough and clean, and I loved the beams across the center giving a cozy touch. The complimentary Viennese biscuits were a delightful surprise. The temperature control via remote was convenient. However, the creaky bed and floorboards were a bit bothersome and easily fixable.
The hotel is tucked behind the main building with car parking directly outside. The rooms, accessed from the car park via an iron staircase, were on the first floor up steep metal stairs in the old stable block. Climbing those stairs was a bit of a challenge, so I would ask for a downstairs room next time. The service was superb, with lovely, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming staff who go out of their way to assist with any request. The location is convenient for traveling to Drayton Manor and the town centre, being clean and pleasant. The dining was good and freshly prepared, with delicious bacon. The facilities offered, such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, were quite satisfying.
